Group Training, Forms & Registration

Thank you for registering with Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC.

Payment is due before arrival unless you have made other arrangements via Zelle, cash, chime, stripe or cash app. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Once your payment has been received, your seat will be officially reserved. You will then receive a confirmation email and, if applicable, access to your required blended learning course with instructions for completion.

Important Reminder: The required American Red Cross, AHA and HSI Blended Learning course must be completed before your scheduled in-person skills session.

If your online course has not been completed, you will receive two reminder notifications before your class date. If the course remains incomplete two (2) days before your scheduled class, your seat may be released to another student or your class may need to be rescheduled.

Students who have not completed the required online course before the start of class will not be permitted to participate in the in-person skills session.

Photo & Video Release

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, in partnership with She Fought for Them Foundation, may take photographs or videos during training sessions for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Course Completion & Skills Evaluation

Participants must successfully complete all course requirements established by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association (AHA), or HSI, including any required online coursework, written assessments, and hands-on skills evaluations, to receive certification.

If a participant does not successfully complete a required skill or assessment, the instructor may provide additional coaching and one remediation opportunity during the scheduled class, when permitted by the certifying organization.

If the participant is still unable to successfully complete the course requirements, certification will not be issued. The participant may be required to register and pay for another class to complete the certification process.

Certification decisions are based solely on the standards established by the certifying organization and cannot be altered by the instructor.

Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is processed. (This applies if you want a Certificate through Red Cross, AHA and HSI)

I understand that participants enrolled in American Red Cross, American Heart Association (AHA), or HSI blended learning courses must complete all required online coursework before attending the instructor-led skills session. Participants who have not completed the required online course will not be eligible to participate in the skills session or receive certification..

I understand that full payment is due no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled training date, unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing. Training is not confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not received by the deadline, the scheduled training may be canceled or rescheduled.

I agree to ensure that all participants arrive at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled training start time and bring a valid government-issued photo ID if required for certification.

I understand that all participants must successfully complete the requirements established by the American Red Cross, American Heart Association (AHA), or HSI, including online coursework (if applicable), written assessments, and hands-on skills evaluations, to receive certification. Participants who do not successfully complete all required course components may be required to register for another class at the applicable fee.

I acknowledge that the final participant roster must be provided before training, and any changes to the number of participants may affect scheduling, course materials, certification processing, and invoicing.
