Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC ("MCCS"), in partnership with She Fought for Them Foundation, is committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality services. This Refund, Cancellation & Service Disclaimer explains our policies regarding appointments, training, refunds, cancellations, transfers, and the limitations of our services.

General Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC and She Fought for Them Foundation do not provide legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, professional standards, and industry best practices.

Service Limitations

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobile & Electronic Notary Services

  • Fingerprinting Services

  • DNA Sample Collection (Collection Only)

  • American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and Babysitter Training

  • Community Awareness Classes

  • Community Outreach Programs

Results, certifications, approvals, and laboratory findings are determined solely by the appropriate certifying organization, government agency, employer, licensing authority, or laboratory.

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

No Professional Relationship

Using this website, submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or participating in our programs does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, counselor-client, financial advisor-client, or other professional advisory relationship.

Payment Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due before or upon arrival for services.

  • Registration fees help reserve your appointment or class.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

CPR & Training Classes

Community Awareness Classes

Community Awareness Classes offered through She Fought for Them Foundation are provided free of charge to educate the community in lifesaving skills.

These educational classes do not include an official certification card.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so another community member may participate.

Certification Classes

Certification Classes require payment and include an official certification card only after successful completion of all course requirements.

Registration is confirmed once payment arrangements have been completed and space is available.

Official certification is issued only after participants successfully complete all required course objectives, skills evaluations, and written or online assessments established by the certifying organization.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Certification Classes

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before class may be eligible for a refund or one transfer to another available class.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class may not qualify for a refund.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • One transfer is permitted per registration.

  • After a transfer has been used, additional refunds or transfers are not available.

Blended Learning Classes

Participants enrolled in blended learning courses must complete all required online coursework before attending the in-person skills session.

Failure to complete the online portion before class may result in denial of entry.

No refund will be issued for incomplete online coursework.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled class.

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied admission because required course content cannot be missed.

Re-registration may be required.

Class Cancellations

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Instructor illness

  • Low enrollment

  • Building closures

  • Emergencies

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Participants will be offered a transfer to another class or a refund, when applicable.

Notary Services

Notarial acts become non-refundable once completed.

Travel fees for mobile notary appointments become non-refundable after travel has begun.

We do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.

Fingerprinting Services

Fingerprinting services become non-refundable once completed.

Acceptance of fingerprints is determined solely by the requesting agency or employer.

We cannot guarantee acceptance by any organization.

DNA Sample Collection

DNA collection services are limited to specimen collection only.

We do not perform laboratory testing, interpret results, diagnose medical conditions, or provide legal advice.

Collection fees become non-refundable once samples have been collected.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

Mobile service travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.

Service Waiver

By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • You understand the nature of the services requested.

  • You voluntarily participate in training programs.

  • You understand that certifications are earned only after successfully meeting all required course standards.

  • Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC cannot guarantee employment, licensing, laboratory results, or agency acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, She Fought for Them Foundation, their owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or participation in training or community programs.

📝 Appointment & Service Waiver

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, including programs under She Fought For Them Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information

You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

2. No Legal or Medical Advice

You understand that Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. DNA Services

You acknowledge that DNA collection services are non-diagnostic and are provided for identification or authorized purposes only.
We do not analyze, interpret, or provide test results.

4. Notary Services

You understand that notary services verify identity and witness signatures only and do not validate the legality, accuracy, or content of any document.

5. Fingerprinting Services

You acknowledge that fingerprinting services do not guarantee acceptance by any agency, employer, or licensing authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Agreement

By proceeding with booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Moore Compliance Community

Moore Compliance Community is committed to providing high-quality CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and Babysitter Training while supporting our community through free educational programs.

Community Awareness Classes (No Certification)

Community Awareness Classes are offered free of charge through She Fought for Them Foundation as part of our commitment to giving back to the community.

  • No payment is required.

  • No certification card is issued.

  • If you are unable to attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so your seat can be offered to another participant.

Certification Classes

Certification classes include an official certification card upon successful completion and require payment.

  • Payment is required to confirm registration.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before class may be rescheduled or refunded according to our policy.

  • Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Class Cancellations

If Moore Compliance Community cancels a class due to weather, instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund (for paid certification classes), or

  • The opportunity to transfer to another scheduled class.

If a free Community Awareness Class is canceled, participants will be notified and invited to register for a future class.
