Welcome to She Fought for Them Foundation in partnership with Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, classes, appointments, and programs. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, registering for a class, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. About Us

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC is a professional service company committed to serving individuals, families, businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations.

 

She Fought for Them Foundation is a community outreach program operating in partnership with Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC to provide education, resources, community awareness, and support services.

 

2. Services We Provide

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobile and Electronic Notary Services

  • Fingerprinting Services

  • DNA Sample Collection (Non-Diagnostic)

  • American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, AED, and other authorized training courses

  • Community Awareness Training

  • Babysitter Training

  • Community Outreach Programs

  • Mentorship and Resource Referrals

  • Compliance and Administrative Services

Additional services may be added or modified without prior notice.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to request services unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent where required.

By registering for services, you certify that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.

 

4. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are available by reservation.

Appointment requests are subject to availability.

Registration for classes is complete after:

  • Submission of the registration form,

  • Receipt of the confirmation email, and

  • Compliance with all registration requirements.

  • Students may request to reschedule their class by contacting us in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to instructor availability and company policy

 

5. Payment Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment is due prior to or upon arrival before services begin.

  • Accepted payment methods will be provided during registration or scheduling.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the appointment or denial of service.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

 

CPR & Training Classes

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before class may not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

  • If Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC cancels a class due to weather, instructor illness, building closure, or another unforeseen circumstance, participants may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, when applicable.

 

Other Services

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service provided.

Completed notary, fingerprinting, and DNA collection services are generally non-refundable.

 

7. Weather & Emergency Closures

Classes or appointments may be delayed, canceled, or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Public emergencies

  • Building closures

  • Instructor illness

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

 

8. CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS & Babysitter Training

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC offers both:

 

Community Awareness Classes

Community Awareness Classes are educational classes provided to increase lifesaving knowledge within the community.

These classes do not include an official certification card.

Some Community Awareness Classes may be offered free of charge through She Fought for Them Foundation.

 

Certification Classes

Certification Classes are designed for individuals who require an official certification for employment, licensing, education, or personal development.

Official certification cards are issued only after participants:

  • Attend the entire course

  • Successfully complete all required skills

  • Successfully complete any required written or online assessments

  • Meet all requirements established by the certifying organization

Registration alone does not guarantee certification.

9. Student Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins.

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if requested.

  • Conduct themselves respectfully.

  • Follow all instructor directions.

  • Participate in all required skills practice.

  • Successfully complete required course objectives.

  • Notify the instructor of any medical or physical limitations before class.

 

10. Late Arrival Policy

Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time may be required to reschedule if they miss required course content. 

Students arriving late may be denied entry if they miss essential course content or skill instruction.

    No-Show

Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notifying us may forfeit their registration fee.

 

11. Health & Physical Activity

Training may include:

  • Kneeling

  • Lifting

  • Chest compressions

  • Rescue breathing practice

  • AED operation

  • First Aid skills

Participants acknowledge they are physically able to participate or will notify the instructor of any limitations before class.

Students are expected to arrive on time.

 

12. Liability Waiver

Participation in training is voluntary.

Participants assume responsibility for the normal physical activities associated with training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, She Fought for Them Foundation, instructors, volunteers, employees, and training partners from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

13. Instructor Rights

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Remove disruptive participants

  • Cancel or reschedule classes

  • Verify participant identity

  • Enforce classroom safety rules

 

14. Photography & Media

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC may take photographs or videos during training sessions for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, only with the participant's consent.

Participants may choose whether or not to be photographed or recorded by completing the Photo & Video Release during the registration process.

Participants who do not provide consent will not be intentionally photographed or recorded. If they appear in a group photo or video, reasonable efforts will be made to crop, blur, or otherwise protect their identity before publication.

 

15. DNA Collection Disclaimer

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC provides DNA specimen collection services only. We do not perform DNA testing, analyze specimens, interpret results, or provide medical or legal advice.

All DNA samples are collected according to the testing laboratory's collection procedures and chain-of-custody requirements, when applicable. Once a specimen has been collected and shipped to the designated laboratory, the laboratory is solely responsible for testing, processing, reporting results, and maintaining the integrity of the sample.

Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate test and ensuring that all information provided is accurate. Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC is not responsible for laboratory processing times, test results, delays, or decisions made by the laboratory.

By using our DNA collection services, you acknowledge that you understand our role is limited to specimen collection and that all testing and results are the responsibility of the laboratory.

This version is clearer, more professional, and accurately explains the role of a DNA collection business without overstating what your company does.

 

16. Notary Disclaimer

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC provides notary services in accordance with applicable state laws. Our notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law. Notarization verifies the identity of the signer and the acknowledgment or oath not the accuracy, legality, or content of the document. Clients are solely responsible for the contents of their documents.

 

17. General Disclaimer

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC strives to provide accurate information and quality services. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes resulting from participation in our programs or the use of our services. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

18. She Fought for Them Foundation

She Fought for Them Foundation
She Fought for Them Foundation provides community education, mentorship, advocacy, and resource referrals. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace legal, medical, mental health, or professional counseling services.

 

19. Donations

Donations made to support She Fought for Them Foundation are voluntary and appreciated. Unless otherwise required by law, all donations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Donations are used to support the Foundation's charitable programs, services, and community initiatives.

 

20. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications related to:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • CPR training updates

  • Schedule changes

  • Customer support

  • Community programs

  • Resource information

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

 

21. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website or registration forms is used for:

  • Scheduling

  • Certification processing

  • Customer communication

  • Recordkeeping

  • Customer service

  • Legal compliance

We do not sell personal information.

 

22. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, documents, forms, photographs, videos, and written material, remains the property of Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

 

23. Accessibility

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC is committed to providing equal access to training.

 

Students requiring reasonable accommodations should notify us before their scheduled class. Accommodations will be provided when they do not alter American Red Cross certification requirements.

 

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Illinois law, Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC and She Fought for Them Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or training programs.

 

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois.

 

26. Registration & Payment

Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a seat in a class.

A student's registration is considered pending until:

  • The registration form has been submitted.

  • Full payment has been received.

  • A confirmation email has been sent by Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC.

Your seat is not reserved until payment has been successfully processed.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash App

  • Zelle

  • Credit/Debit Card (if applicable)

  • Other approved payment methods listed on our website

Please include the student's name and class date with your payment whenever possible.

 

28. Refund Policy

Refund requests must follow our Refund Policy available on our website.

Failure to attend class without prior notice may result in forfeiture of registration fees.

29. Certification

Certification cards are issued only after:

  • Successful completion of all required course components.

  • Demonstration of required skills.

  • Passing any required written or practical assessments.

  • Verification of attendance.

Certification is awarded in accordance with the training organization's requirements.

30. Liability

Students participate in hands-on training at their own risk.

By attending class, students acknowledge they are physically able to participate or have informed the instructor of any limitations before training

begins. 

 

31. Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receive communications regarding:

  • Class confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Schedule updates

  • Certification notifications

  • Customer service messages

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

 

31. Agreement

By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Your class seat is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.

  • You agree to comply with all class policies and instructor directions.

 

32. Registration, Blended Learning & Payment

All students are required to complete the American Red Cross Blended Learning course before attending the in-person skills session.

Students will receive access to the required online course after registering.

Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the scheduled class date. Your seat is not guaranteed until payment has been received. If payment is not received by the deadline, your registration may be canceled, and your seat may be released to another student.

 

Students who do not complete the online course before class will not be permitted to participate in the in-person skills session and may be required to reschedule.

33. American Red Cross Technical Support

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC does not have access to the American Red Cross online learning system.

If you experience technical issues, including:

  • Login problems

  • Password resets

  • Course access

  • Course progress

  • Website errors

you must contact American Red Cross Technical Support directly.

We can resend your course invitation but cannot resolve issues within the Red Cross learning platform.
