Student Forms & Registration

Thank you for registering with Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC.

Please download, complete, and sign the required forms before your scheduled class if possible. If you are unable to complete them in advance, forms will be available at check-in.

Payment is due before arrival unless you have made other arrangements via Zelle, cash, chime or cash app. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Important Reminder: The required American Red Cross Blended Learning course must be completed before your scheduled in-person skills session.

If your online course has not been completed, you will receive two reminder notifications before your class date. If the course remains incomplete two (2) days before your scheduled class, your seat may be released to another student or your class may need to be rescheduled.

Students who have not completed the required online course before the start of class will not be permitted to participate in the in-person skills session.

Photo & Video Release

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC, in partnership with She Fought for Them Foundation, may take photographs or videos during training sessions for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is processed. (This applies if you want a Certificate through Red Cross)

American Red Cross Technical Support

Moore Compliance & Community Services LLC does not have access to the American Red Cross online learning system.

If you experience technical issues, including:

• Login problems

• Password resets

• Course access

• Course progress

• Website errors

you must contact American Red Cross Technical Support directly.

We can resend your course invitation but cannot resolve issues within the Red Cross learning platform.
